I bought these Pierre Cardin gloves because I have always been satisfied with Pierre Cardin products. However, they failed and lost two stars for two reasons: They were L/XL. The fingers were a bit short for size XL. And then Pierre Cardin ruined the gloves by sticking a Thermallite label on the outside seam of the glove. It was impossible to cut off the label without leaving part of the white label visible. The label had to be on the inside so that the white label remnants did not stand out…

The whole point of buying black leather gloves is that they do NOT look sporty or sporty. The thing is, they CANNOT be worn on the ski slopes. The main thing is that they look GOOD. The thing is, you are NOT a walking advertisement like with athletic apparel. These are decently warm gloves with a decent lining. And they have terrible "3M THINSULATE TM/MC INSULATION".

Very nice and soft when receiving. The black started rubbing off fingers after the first wear, revealing the polished skin underneath. After only a few months of mild winters, with almost no snow and only commuting to work and back, they are shot. The seams came undone, the holes in the fingertips, the black was worn. waste of money. The last pair I had (a different brand) lasted six years and I still have them as a backup.

The gloves themselves appear to be good but according to the listing they are available in S/M or L/XL. The drop down menu offered M or L so I assumed MS/M meant and ordered them. The gloves arrived with M/L and were too big. Also, size S/M doesn't seem to be available (at least not through Revain) so I requested a refund and ordered another pair from a different brand.
