Not sure I would buy this again. The seller is excellent, everything came on time, so there are no problems. Putting the paper flowers together was a headache. They had to punch out many pieces in the Happy Birthday sign, almost like completing a build. The set was pretty cheap. But for a 2 year old it was ok.

When I first opened the package I didn't know what to think. When I tried to open all the little packages, I scratched my head even more. The instructions aren't the best, but it's enough to get you started. It took a little time and patience to put everything together. These puff balls really test patience and attention. However, the end result was perfect for what I was looking for. It's a bit pricey overall, but I'm happy with the end product.

While the price is good for everything you get, figuring out how to put all the pieces together and arrange them is even more frustrating. Plus it looks cheap. I ended up just using a few pom poms and signs and discarding the rest. Too confusing how to assemble and again it's pretty silly. The pink and white paper poufs are very small, difficult to inflate and look messy. Therefore, you must carefully pull each tassel out of its larger shell. Ideally they should come out one at a time, but that doesn't happen. Two or three tassels stick together and the fringes get tangled. We lost quite a bit of fringes trying to untangle them. almost not long. You can hardly wrap it around the center of the tassel, let alone attach it to the banner strip. In general, these jewels were unimpressive and of poor quality. The banner letters were tiny and didn't stand out at all, not what you would expect from an attention-grabbing banner. Cloth pom-poms were suitable, although thin and easily torn; However, the tassel foil garland pieces were the worst. The instructions were wrong and the foil garland was flimsy and broke easily. It's terrible - none of these come pre-assembled. I may have been wrong in assuming it would even come *partially* assembled like the Christmas decorations I've bought in the past. The lettering was ok but the instructions were not conducive to assembling other jewelry - I was told 'don't worry' and 'use your fingers'. What they had to say about the flower balls: 1. Lay the product flat. 2. Flip one flat side over until it touches the other side and is parallel, forming a circle. 3. Pin the sides together about 2/3 to the top. It is important! The idea behind this is great but making it look like the photo is different. Nothing was included to make the tassels look like tassels. The instructions show some type of tape or something to wrap around the base to attach it to the included rope.
