Taste Good โ€“ Whey

This protein powder has one of the best flavors I have ever tried. I mix it up with some ice and water and it even tastes good - I just shake it in the bottle while I go for a morning run before work. For those like me who might just be trying to increase their protein intake and not the very big guys in the gym, remember this is a POST WORKOUT supplement. High-protein, low-carb, keto-approved sweetener; Good Taste and High Solubility

At last I believe I have found the holy grail of protein powders in quality and taste. I can take 1.5 scoops of this finely ground Pink Stork Chocolate Truffle Protein Powder and mix it with a few tablespoons of my regular chia seed powder (for extra fiber/protein/slight thickening) in room temperature water (approx. shake and drink. No need to mix .Very handy as I don't always have time to mix my drink before walking out the door.Now I can prepare the powder in a suitable bottle, take it withโ€ฆ

OK, I know what it is.

. Sold for women, no. Here I am. MR stores too much. , milk without sugar. Add 1 scoop to milk. Method one: in an old Easter blender; mixes well and quickly. The second way: in a Pyrex measuring cup in which milk was measured. I froth it up with a small hand mixer that we use to make coffee. I have a shaker bottle (near here) but haven't tried it as I don't need the portability it offers and the mixer is easier to clean. I'll stick with the blender; The little frothing blender didn't fitโ€ฆ
