This protein powder has one of the best flavors I have ever tried. I mix it up with some ice and water and it even tastes good - I just shake it in the bottle while I go for a morning run before work. For those like me who might just be trying to increase their protein intake and not the very big guys in the gym, remember this is a POST WORKOUT supplement. This is clearly stated in the description but somehow I didn't understand what exactly it means. This means that lactic acid and protein are released into the blood; for me, that meant very painful leg cramps for the first few days. Ouch! But. it also meant that I obviously needed more protein in my diet. A few days after switching to other protein shakes, the cramps stopped. If I had done a little research to see what a pre-workout supplement would contain versus a post-workout supplement, I wouldn't have this problem.
