The best thing about Pinerly is that it has all of my projects in one place! I can easily find what needs done next or which project requires attention first from anywhere within our organization (even outside). It's also very easy for me as an admin user - no training needed at this point-to be able use everything we need right outta box without having any issues down line!! I love that it integrates with my Google calendar, so I can see when people are available! It's also really easy to add new users and projects. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for a project to be created, which is frustrating if you're in a hurry. I like that it is very easy for me as an employee who works in another city (or country) from my main office location - so being able solve issues/ questions quickly without having someone else look at them was really helpful! I love that it's easy for my colleagues at work who have different roles in our office as well as clients or customers anywhere across Canada (or even further) which makes life easier when doing projects together because you don't always need be right next each other!
