The best thing that I like about pinpom it's its compatibility with all of our slack bots, we can now use one single tool to maintain multiple chatbots in different channels without having separate tools or accounts! I like that it allows me to easily keep track of tasks, projects etc in one place which saves time when communicating with other team members via slack or email as well! It's easy enough so new users can learn how use without having any prior knowledge required - great way if introducing people into your organisation too!!
