For refrigerants, butane, gasoline, oil, as well as water, steam, air, natural gas and LP gas. Use on metal threads. Do not use on oxygen service; use Slic-Tite PTFE thread tape or Oxytite paste. Up to 400Β°F sealing temperature; pressures: to 2,600 PSI (177 BAR) for gas, to 5,000 PSI (340 BAR) for liquid.

Excellent paste thread compound brush for automotive applications

Based on our own experience, this paste thread compound brush is a must-have for any automotive enthusiast. It provided a tight seal that prevents leaks in critical joints and fittings. Application was a breeze as the brush was easy to use and held enough compound to cover multiple threads. However, the only downside we noticed is that it dries out quickly, so make sure to cap it tightly after use. Overall, it is a great addition to any car filler toolbox.

Excellent product, suitable for car care

Before I retired I worked as an electrician for 43 years. I was introduced to this product while working at Veeder-Root, Altoona. This is the best thread sealant I've ever used. It works great in high pressure hydraulics as well as simple plumbing applications. Thank you again for such a great product. I use it here at home and recommend it to all my trading friends.
