I like that it's easy to use, allows you to save files in PDF format as well has an app for my phone.It sometimes slows down when too many people using at once which is annoying since not only does it affect me but also other users who are sharing documents with me! I like everything about this product, it is so simple to use! The only thing that could be improved would be if you were able give each user their own log in for management purposes instead of having one large network wide login with all users at once. We are solving our issue by being able to track inventory levels across multiple locations from any location using just an app or website.
