Pit Posse PP2563 Valve Spring Compressor Tool for Motorcycles, ATVs, and Cars Review

Excellent valve spring compressor. Comes in a nice case. Heavy duty highly recommended. Worked great on a Yamaha 1300 head.

I wasn't sure how the quality would be for the price. It turned out exactly what I wanted. Worked well for compressing valve springs rzr 800. Very satisfied.

I love Pit Posse stuff, I've never bought crap from them. This made my valve seals pretty easy on my kz1000. A machine shop would cost four times as much as a tool.

Good well built tool. The only problem is that the 30mm adapter doesn't fit my 34mm Harley Evo. Valuable spring clips. I just have to put it on top. Otherwise he did his job.

Good reliable tool that works great and should last a long time. I needed some more clearance so I made a brass spacer for the fixed end. This is a piece of brass that is 1" diameter and 1" long with a 3/8" hole in the center. It seems a little more resistant to the valve head than using any of the other fittings. Shops like this is the place. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great set. Very easy to use, many nozzle sizes and two sizes for ends. When I first used this tool I was able to remove 8 valves from a motorcycle engine in about 10 minutes. The shape of the camp is good with enough headroom. The different ends for the spring detent washer can be installed on the side of the handle or on the opposite side of the clip (whichever is more convenient). Looks and feels pretty solid. This should make mounting the motor head much easier.

The only reason I gave one star is because I can't go lower, it's a waste of money. Duty" I think it deserves a star, but it's a far cry from Heavy Duty or Light Duty. The first time I apply it to my bike's valves, it bends and becomes completely useless, it won't even deflate Compress the springs a bit, I couldn't even put it back in the case it came in, I'm very very disappointed in this product.
