Much better than the original sticker

I replaced the adhesive on two dashboards that were starting to peel off in the hot sun. Now, with the new sticky pads, they haven't shown any signs of coming loose in a while. It's a good idea to leave nothing attached to the newly installed base for a day or two to allow the glue to "cure" before adding the weight.

Attention buyers. You throw the dice.

I originally wrote a review that was honest about my experience, but Revain didn't publish it. I didn't scold the seller, just told the truth about what I received. I only received 1 pad which was damaged by 6 alcohol swabs. I don't know why my review was downvoted if I just said I don't recommend this seller. because of what i have. In any case, the little part I got worked great. I wish I had all the pads I paid for.

Just what I needed

After about three years of continuous use (and 78,000 miles) the Scosche Magic Mount in my car started to wobble a bit. It was clear the glue wasn't working so I looked for a replacement and these glue pads were just what I needed. The included alcohol pads are small, so don't rely on them to scrape off stubborn dirt and old glue, but they will come loose. Trick to prepare a relatively clean surface. Anyway, the phone mount is firmly glued back to my dashboard. All is well in the world. :)

The only glue that really works in a car

I needed glue to attach our camcorder to the dashboard and tried to attach it with velcro and other tapes but all failed. This is the first product that REALLY adheres properly to the dashboard and now feels solid. I love that it comes with extras in case I need to install something else, but it definitely works. Also, pro tip: if you need to remove them for any reason, I highly recommend using string or other stiff thread to "saw" underneath to lift them up. Use Goo-Gone to clean up the…

Nice to have on hand and great value for money.

I needed one of those sticky pads right away. I put a magnetic connector on the back of the phone case to use with the car mount, but I didn't give the adhesive enough time to set and it came loose. I used one of them to reapply, waited 10 minutes (according to the instructions I found on YouTube) and was back in business. The magnetic stopper is correctly attached and is now working properly.
