Doesn't work well in mesh when you need to make cuts, the raised side of the tile doesn't work We had to turn it over and use the 'blunted' one " Side

Ordered these for the downstairs bathroom. They are very difficult to cut and split. Also, they are very shiny, very thin and cheap looking. I wish I could go with something else.

I thought this product would be more durable as it is designed for ceiling. I don't like this product, very cheap material and very light. Unfortunately, I've already broken a few of them, so I can't return them.

At least it's not foam. It's thin PVC. However, I will be using white velcro (the right color) to attach it to the ceiling, not glue. I read some other reviews and one person said he was an expert and said he ended up attaching them with velcro and they worked great, the glue didn't work for him.

Unfortunately the putty is visible through the plastic :( So now I have to paint them. I'm a bit losing sight of doing something quick and easy to make my quilt look better but for the price I'm paying ( I'm almost certain someone screwed it up since I bought them for less than $2 a box) OR did they intentionally sell bad stock cheap? Worth the money for me but if I had known I would have opted for a foam-like material instead of PVC.

I've bought hundreds of these, they look very nice but too expensive. Also, it leaves the room very reverberant. You should leave the normal ceiling tiles on it, it will help absorb some sound, and when you open the door when there are drafts, a little quick vacuum will be created and all the ceiling tiles will lift up for a second at the same time and then come back down if you don't leave the old ceiling tiles on it. But better than normal ceiling tiles.
