Never go without.

Hands down the best safety rear light for riding after sunset or overcast skies. I already have a turn signal with white and red lens (from Planet Bike) and wanted a replacement because sometimes (after taking it off the bike) I leave it on the table and forget to put it back in my backpack and easy so that. I never ride without a helmet, I also think about riding at night without lights. If you compare both lights under lighting conditions (indoors), the red lens appears brighter at first, but

Bright and fussy about headlights and reflectors

This is the second of these lights I have through no fault of my own. As others have pointed out, the flaw is that these things leak like a sieve despite the pliable and nice looking rubber gasket. I rarely drive on wet roads, so it's not too bad for me, but it might be for you. A blink of a watt backwards seemed too much to them. So 0.5W works for me. The device looks well made and is easy to use. I wish there was a little more flexibility in mounting it on your bike. Twinkley Winkly Blinkly

Live in Tampa, where bicycles are a vanishing mode of transportation. Survival depends on who sees you, and this is an essential part of the kit. For example, an intense, focused beam and an eye-catching flash. I took it for my wife's passenger. This is one of three taillights on your motorcycle. It flashes bright enough for daytime use. I use a PB Blinkey 7 with a red housing, reflector and 7 LEDs. The Blinkey 7 is good for dawn, dusk and night shots, but lacks the focused intensity of aโ€ฆ
