I have a hearing aid and CI and my office is quite noisy. I replaced the standard headphones with ear cushions so they completely cover my ears and now phone calls are much easier. My hearing aids no longer have a telecoil activated, so I haven't tried this feature yet. Although I think the sound is clear enough anyway.

This is a great headset - crystal clear on my end when used with the Vista M22 amplifier and listeners on the other end tell me (1) I am very clear and (2) the background noise I hear around them in their own office they don't hear at all. I remember why Plantronics is the standard for professional call centers and why I have been so happy with them in the past.

I use them at work to make phone calls. They are comfortable to wear for a long time. They are NOT noise canceling so I started listening to music to avoid hearing stranger conversations. I asked at least a dozen people if they could hear me well because I use a headset and they all said it sounded the same as using a regular phone.
