I bought this because I heard it might work on Grandstream phones. And it works great. No problem. PS You need to enable EHS mode on your phone.

READ FIRST! I have a Grandstream GXP2140 phone. This cable alone does not give you full EHS functionality to remotely answer/hang up from a headset.
