Works well and has good sound quality

Used with 3.5mm jack in my Android and also in my MacBook Pro. It works well with both platforms and the sound quality was good and clear.

Do not worry. Lots of line noise and dropouts.

I expected better (much better). There was a lot of line noise and dropouts from my mic. I had to go back to the old headset.

My work supplies this headset as part of the equipment. In many ways this is a great set with good sound and a clear mic. But there is one key downside, at least for me. The switch on the headset cable has 4 different buttons. Mute, Volume Up, Volume Down and Mute. The problem is that you don't usually look at the switch when you use it, but in this case the design makes it very easy to accidentally hang up.
