My work supplies this headset as part of the equipment. In many ways this is a great set with good sound and a clear mic. But there is one key downside, at least for me. The switch on the headset cable has 4 different buttons. Mute, Volume Up, Volume Down and Mute. The problem is that you don't usually look at the switch when you use it, but in this case the design makes it very easy to accidentally hang up. I definitely see the value of the mute and volume buttons as they can be used multiple times during a call, but the end button seems like an odd choice. For something I only have to do once when talking to someone, I'd rather not have that button to avoid accidentally hanging up in the middle of a call. It's too easy to squeeze and I don't need super easy access. Maybe there are people who see value in it, but for me to accidentally disconnect would be a disaster.
