Great Analog Headset Connectivity

Based on my experience, this headset is a great choice for those who still use analog phones in the office .The MDA400 allows for seamless switching between the handset and headset without any disruption. The sound quality is excellent and the noise-cancelling microphone ensures clear communication. The only downside is that the headset is wired which may be limiting for some users. Overall, a great addition to any office with analog phones..

Pros
  • Allows users to switch from one device to another with ease
Cons
  • Only compatible with analog devices, limiting its usefulness for those with digital devices

Lots of plugging and unplugging

The product works until you restart your computer, then you have to plug it in and plug it back in to work. Not sure why. But otherwise it works great.

Pros
  • Easy to use built-in call control
Cons
