Works as expected and received on time

This product is exactly what I expected. The sound quality is great and only works with my phone. I recommend this product if you don't use wireless headsets.

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Packaging is ugly

I love this headset.

I have high frequency hearing loss. Sometimes I can't hear well on the phone because of background noise. This headset is amazing because it allows you to hear with both ears, which not only improves comprehension but also blocks out distracting noise.

Pros
  • Solid design
Cons
  • Everything is fine

I can hear others but they can't hear me

I bought this HW261N last week with a Plantronics Polaris Quick Disconnect headset cable (2719001). I can listen to others, but they can't hear me. Please confirm how I can solve this problem. I am using this headset with a CISCO IP 303 three line IP phone. I've already tried several CISCO IP 303 with this headset

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Appearance

Unusable without purchasing accessories

Update: I purchased this product based on Plantronic's compatibility program on their website. AFTER I ordered an extra cable that I wasn't aware of and plugged it into my Cisco office phone, it doesn't work. I have contacted customer service but have not yet received a reply. It only gets one star because Plantronics designed this item to require two other items to work, doubling the price. The worst thing is that when you buy this headset, they do NOT talk about it. Plantronics is pretty much

  • Looks good
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

OK Binaural Headset

It's hard to find a binaural phone headset that works for the hearing impaired. It was the only one I found after 3 months of searching. It gets the job done when used with the M22 amp. Quality is about the same as a $15 headset with a $60 fine for the company's proprietary connector. I wish there was a way to bypass the connector problem with less hassle. Yes, now Dad can use the phone and the surrounding noise bothers him less, but this is a forced compromise of the situation. The sound…

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Almost never
