Maximizing Performance: Plasma Electrode Nozzles - Top Consumable Accessories Review

RETURNED: The metal parts of this box are on spec and look normal but only 6 of the 20 pink ceramic lids were on spec and could have been screwed onto my AG -60 vinyl cutter ( Amico Cut plasma cutter -50HF). Some of the others were too big, some too small, and some had incompatible streams. Very disappointing. To make matters worse, there is no brand or manufacturer listed on this pack, so ordering a different and hopefully matching pack is a matter of trial and error.

Electrode and cup appear to fit but absolutely nothing ceramic will fit. Either the threads didn't match, or the ones that started to screw in were too thick on top and didn't screw in all the way. Only a millimeter thicker but they don't fit enough. Went to another brand and was 50/50 with ceramic. Quality control should work better. I also tested them on 3 different brands of torch heads with the same problem. So the problem is not in the burner head. Return for refund. It's hard to find a…
