I really like this frame. I liked it so much that I bought a second one. I often have 3-4 different cross stitch projects going on at once and I don't like removing hoops until I need to move to another area, so having multiple hoops of this size comes in handy. This is the perfect fit for Wenge and Aida. The clips are a bit difficult to remove but I prefer them to be loose. Good product.

When working on a small art blanket outside the embroidery frame, my hand felt great pain from holding the product while sewing. The round hoop didn't hold 3 layers of fabric so I ordered a snap frame. It works great! Holds the job well and firmly and fits my tire stand very well, completely freeing my non-dominant hand. Purchased 11" x 17" Corner design is good - there are no outside connections. This is imperative as the external connections in the snap/clamp part can tear. The 11"x17" size is just right for working with borders and blocks. Lots of stitching in the area without constant adjustment. I also like the 11 x 11 inch size. A bit small on my standard 12" blocks but more manageable than a 17x17" hoop. The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the long latch/clip sections are too tight. Shorter
