Works well. The reported size of 0.16 is measured between 0.146 and 0.153. I think they should call it 0.15 fibers. Other than that it works as expected. Just make sure your design works with this smaller diameter.

I was hoping this would work better. The light is very dim, making it unsuitable for the project it was intended for. Also, the remote didn't have a battery so I have to go get it and it stays red until I buy it. Clearly a cheap import. Came in a ziplock plastic bag. Might come back as not worth the price at all. I should note that I didn't use a connector to connect this glowing wire to my LED. Maybe my opinion would be very different if I did that. I decided not to keep it for 2 reasons. First of all, the "Sideglow" wasn't bright enough for my needs. Second, I tried using the cable in a way that required it to bend at a much smaller radius than the product seems to accept.
