Does not have separate dividers for each compartment. A divider for 2 rows. There are only 15 major dividers in it. So when you remove a divider you effectively merge 4 compartments into one. I can't customize it to my needs. Sorry but I had to send it back.

This purchase freed my mini muffin tin from having to hold fuse beads! I like that it has so many separate sections. One thing my son learned the hard way, however, is that the dividers don't quite reach the top of the lid. So if the box is turned upside down, the sorting process has to start over.

I bought this box based on reviews and to store wax balls. Arrived in bubble wrap, undamaged. There are a couple of slots that are removable (the ones that go left and right). There are several slots that are not removable (raise and lower). The plastic is thin for my taste. But it snaps into place and keeps all my wax beads in order. It's expensive and I can reuse the box to store other things.

This storage box has very handy cube sized compartments for storing small items. I use it to store magnetic ABC letters that I use for class. It is ideal for magnetic letters. This is a much easier way to store and organize the alphabet and get the letter I want at the moment. I wear this every time I go to tutoring. It's comfortable and light. I would also suggest that if you don't like fancy boxes, it's very handy for storing other small things like jewelry.
