The red wires hanging from the yellow video wire connect to the reverse light plus (rear) and harness reverse wire (PINK). The instructions don't mention this. Either way, the radio sounds great, the touchscreen works great, and Bluetooth connects great from day one. A great piece so far for the price. I'll update if it doesn't last.

Acquired for my 99 Rav4. Installation was pretty easy, even for a layman like me. YouTube videos helped me. Make sure to connect the short RED trigger wire to the device's PINK wire to get an image on the screen when reversing. All other cores are color coded. Just connect according to the color of the wires. There are multiple backlit colors to choose from. The touch screen is good. The Bluetooth connection is fast and good.

Installed on Mercedes 400E. Installing the radio was very easy and the fit was perfect. The camera, on the other hand, was a problem. Running a video cable to the trunk is not a job for those who are not mechanically inclined. But once the camera is installed, it works great. Remember to connect the small red wire to the power supply on the back and to the radio control wire. I don't think it was in the instructions. All in all it was definitely a good deal for the money.

There was a process ... the radio recorder is quite nice and has a beautiful look! The rear camera took all day though - the pink wire is woven into the red wire which connects directly to the stereo - to make your camera work. Then on the other end connect the red wire to another red wire and then connect it to the positive on the reverse light. and connect the black to ground on the tail light - this should get your rear camera working when you shift into reverse... all in all it's pretty…

It doesn't feel particularly premium, but for the price it does the job well. I wanted something more advanced than the OEM radio on my old 2000 Jeep Cherokee and this fits right in. I'm a little frustrated about losing my CD player, but it has both Bluetooth and USB and an extra cable so it balances things out. It also doesn't have the ability to attach to a vehicle, so it's just held in place by gravity and a strap, but hey, it's a cheap radio. All in all a good choice for my sh!tb0x XJ.

I had a similar unit without a touchscreen but the FM/AM tuner stopped working. I bought this device because it was actually a touchscreen. This device has exceeded my expectations and improved in every way. It's noticeably louder, Bluetooth connects faster, and I can actually use it to make calls. The other microphone unit was of poor quality and could not be used for calls. The touchscreen greatly simplifies menu navigation. Haven't installed it yet and probably won't, just tested it on a stand with no speakers to see if the camera works. First, the light on the camera is white, not IR. The camera seems to work well for what it is. Probably enough for a reversing camera. The speed of the SD card reader might be the deciding factor since I bought it to use SD cards. There is a 10 second delay when starting playback from a (full) 2G card. . This increases to 50 seconds for a 32G card (about 16G). This lag occurs…
