I like that it's very easy for companies who have not implemented AMLS yet can do so quickly with this software! The customer support team has been super helpful in setting up my account as well which was great since we had some initial issues getting our accounts set up correctly. It can be costly but if this fits into your budget then there are many more benefits including reporting capabilities!
