Quality and performance at a reasonable price.

This product does exactly what PlugAble says, so it fits my needs perfectly! And this for a fair price! I have never had a problem with any of their products but I am sure they will support you and take care of any issues.

Does what it promises and is half the price

I had to buy this device for work. Use this to connect our TV to Apple computers for PowerPoint presentations. It works and costs half the price of Apple products. Just plug it in and you're done! Buy it. You will not regret it

Does it technically work? good for DVI to HDMI adapter

Unfortunately while it worked as intended it doesn't work with more than two monitors or in my case an XP Pen monitor and a tablet. I ended up giving the extended port to my older brother and he works with his own monitor. I think my own monitor doesn't fit in the port.

works great in 4k.

Works with my HP Specter 13 inch. on a 24" LG 4k display. Just plug it in and it automatically selected 4k resolution and worked fine. Refreshing at 30Hz worked, although HP can run at 60Hz. Keep in mind that some USB-A type ports 3.0 or multiport adapters can't handle 4k on their own, USB C seems to handle it better, be sure to check the adapter and connector specs.

Great HDMI adapter for my MacBook

I have two monitors that I wanted to connect to my 2019 MacBook Pro to work from home. But only one adapter was provided by my company. I couldn't justify paying $80 for a basic Apple-branded USB-C HDMI adapter. This less expensive adapter works perfectly. Corresponds to the Apple adapter functionality for my use on my UHD monitors. Sometimes it can feel warm. But I believe it will last for many years.

Slips out of USB-C port

Used with the new MacBook Air and functionality is good except it just slips out of the port when there is strain on the cables attached to it. I may only have a non-collapsible one, but it's very annoying, to the point where I only use it when needed and will soon be replacing it with something else. I've been using pluggable hubs at work for a number of years with good results so I was happy to see this but very disappointed with the functionality of the product. I guess I tried to keep itโ€ฆ
