🔩 Plumb Pak K857-20 Deep Flange Cover: Clip-On for 1/2 in. Copper Pipe with Chrome Finish Review

Please read as you can only get 1 for the price. It's big and fits the pipe but doesn't touch the ground where the joint is, it's long so it had to go over the joint and so didn't touch the ground (toilet pipe), it's well made if it fits you .

It was exactly what I wanted. I was working in a tight space and wanted the flange to be added after replacing the toilet valve. My tube was slightly larger due to the brass fitting. I solved this by using a heated drill bit to melt the flange hole a bit to match my pipe.

I bought this because we switched to PEX plumbing and the blue tube that goes through the toilet floor was visible and slanted to one side. It fitted really accurate to the pipe and was also strong enough to do stabilize it.I was pleasantly surprised!

I recently had a new toilet installed and really didn't pay attention to the condition of the old plumbing equipment. It had faded and was really noticeable now that I had a new toilet. I found this cover at Revain and it is large enough to cover the existing plate and most of the faded waterline. It was very cheap and is currently working until I do more bathroom renovations. Love it!

To update my one star rating I'm giving it 4 stars. Really good product but didn't fit because I bought the wrong model, sized for thinner copper pipe. It was #K857-20, I needed K857-21 for the "iron" pipe, thicker, larger OD (although I do have standard 1/2" chrome plated brass shower pipes). Hope it fits. The description on the Seller's website should be a bit clearer on the subject, I didn't even know there was a choice until it later appeared in the people section. Bought it too." Revain…

LOVE! All of my metal ones are rusted and to replace them you will have to desolder the leads to install a new one, which will NOT happen. You can snap over the old ones, but I chose to cut the old ones off, which was easy with metal snips. Made of very durable plastic. If they don't fit well together, you can glue them together with super glue.
