Description of PlumbCraft Pipe Thread Tape 25

Lubricates and seals threads for a watertight connection. Helps resist corrosion and will not dry out. Helps seal any pipe to prevent leakage. Wrap tape around outside threads. Apply tightly in a clockwise direction until threads start to fill in. Contains (1) 1/2 inch by 25 foot long roll of pipe thread tape.

Faulty Thread Sealant; Avoid at All Costs

Based on my experience this product is a complete waste of money. The tape is thin and flimsy and tears easily during application, leaving me with a leaky pipe. The only pro I could manage to find is that it is slightly cheaper than other sealants on the market.However, this is far outweighed by the fact that it simply does not work. I would recommend avoiding this product at all costs..

Didn't work the way I expected.

I used tape on my Kohler hand shower but it still drips a lot. I believe the muzzle of the tube wasn't threaded enough to seal properly or something. Very disappointing.
