I don't really need another application. I just need cool hardware to connect, I can upload files and then back them up somewhere else. I don't want cloud BS, I don't want your application to restrict file permission. I just want to share my raw data. This PNY DUO thing works, but I still have to use an application that, with all my data practices, compromises the accuracy of my files. It does not perform any archiving of data transfer in any way. Bought this product in September and finally managed to set it up. I put PNY Duo Link in my iPhone and a popup on my phone warned me to download their app. A pop-up window took me to the app store, where I was informed that the app I needed was not available in my country of residence (USA). If I had known that this product was not compatible with my phone I would never have bought it. Now my phone can't see it. However, my computer recognizes it.

This is the most useful gadget. I liked it so much that my mother decided to buy it too. This will make transferring your photos to your computer much easier and faster. I don't regularly download updates to my phone so trying to transfer the photos was difficult. I ended up emailing them to myself and then saving them. With this disc I don't have to do that anymore. I highly recommend it.

I was delighted with this product but it resulted in a big disappointment. I ordered it from stock, it has a "Verified" sticker and a "Quality Control" sticker with writing. All of this was wrapped and sealed with transparent tape. When I connected it to the iPhone, it downloaded the app. The app is reading my phone's storage but cannot see the flash drive. I tested this flash drive on 4 different iPhones and a computer and none of them worked. What is a quality-assured device?

Not satisfied at all! I bought it to take to class to burn important topics straight to the hard drive, but the recording stopped after about 30 seconds and it didn't even save! When I click to watch the video it tells me it's not a supported format even when I try to view it on my Mac. I wanted to love it but I'm so disappointed. Tried with iPhone 6S Plus and PC. This is a piece of shit for the iPhone. I backed up my Documents folders on my PC and opened them expecting to see PDFs, but most of the folders were empty. Why download a folder and not the documents it contains? I was able to open a few PDFs, but the device kept freezing when I tried to view the pages. Apparently it can handle small PDFs, but not large ones with many pages. I was able to view downloaded Word documents but not all. Why not? Backing up photos…

I tried a cheap device that was half the price and had twice the memory. What a waste! The software was poorly translated into English and looked more like an unfinished beta. Also, the reviews for it seemed to be shouters spitting dignity, all in poor English, as did the software. It was a 'new' device and while the performance and price were great, the finish felt flimsy and cheap. The software was also incomplete and didn't know anything about HEIC photo file transfer.
