Works GREAT - Memory

This was a simple and effective upgrade. I upgraded my 32gb machine to 64fb and it worked so well i ordered the same for my second gaming pc. The RGB also matched my existing Simms RGB perfectly.

Pros
  • Good Item
Cons
  • Quality

Poor shipping - internals

memory very bad value for money so I returned it. The delivery was awful in the summer when it was 94 degrees, wasn't it? It was mailed in a paper envelope which was put in my small mailbox and left there until I got home from work.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Looks great! the best computer components

This set works surprisingly well. Fits perfectly with my XLR8 RTX 3090! RAM modules are fully customizable. They each have 5 sections and you can personalize them with your own colors. I use Asus AURA for this, but I'm sure other programs can use this.

Pros
  • hands-free operation
Cons
  • long wait

Decent price and performance

Not a bad price for 2 x 16GB (although it will probably drop after DDR5 is released this year). I like that in combination with the Mystic Light MSI board you can change color effects. So far everything has handled pretty well, definitely plan on buying another pair. Definitely helps the CPU and GPU with heavier workloads (gaming and multitasking).

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Not the best value for money.

It works at the stated speeds (frequencies), but when installing it on my computer I encountered two BSODs that I could not study. The LEDs are dim, very dim, and don't have the bright, vivid colors that Corsair RGB memory has. And they can't be changed or controlled via software either, so I just returned this memory and went with the same specs but from Corsair, which is a bit more expensive but works flawlessly, is software configurable and also comes in white available. .

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • There are some nuances

3200 and below is awesome

So I got awesome 3200 and 4000 and 4000 RAM when I was using 10th gen Intel. However, I had to go back to 3200 when I upgraded to 11th Gen, and here's why: With 11th Gen came first and second gear memory controller speeds that were a 1:1 and 1:2 ratio, respectively to have. So with an 11th gen i7 that supports 3200, it will only run at a controller speed of 1600, which is the Gear 1's 1:1 ratio. That's right, because DDR is duplicate data, so will the controllers -speed multiplied by 2, 11thโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Solid surface
Cons
  • Was damaged
