These knee pads are great! Super comfortable and good protection. I was between sizes, my thigh was medium but the calf was small. Went with a small one and I'm very glad I did. A few lifts and they fit like a glove! I also love all the protection they offer through G-shapes. They stay in place well on climbs and even better when you work up a sweat.
