This is a great case that does what I expect from a case. I've dropped my phone quite a few times and so far no cracks. I'm able to use my fingerprint reader just fine and no problem opening my phone. I did cut off the hole covers at the bottom because they can be irritating at times because of the way I hold my phone. I live that I didn't have to buy a separate screen protector, that's a big reason I look for these type cases.

It's too soon to really say. It came in one day with Ebay Prime, which is nice because I needed it now given my other screen protector keeps popping off & is cracked. I like the design. It fits snug. The magnets I put in the back for my car mount may be preventing It from a tight seal at the bottom. It was hard to keep the inside clean while installing in my opinion. I love these cases. It's a very reasonable price point, on average I replace mine roughly every 6 to 7 months, primarily because by then I've scuffed and scraped the screen cover enough to be a bit bothersome. I really did some heavy studying on different phone cases and accessories, including reading reviews and still debated going with this brand but at the value, I decided I had to try it out. I'm so so glad I did! Don't hesitate on this one. It chilly encloses toots phone tightly and safely. It reads through the enclosure perfectly and clearly. It has real rubber, not crap plastic. Fits perfectly, looks good, and overall a decent case.Two issues:- The screen protector isnt great, and sometimes causes issues with touch detection, especially at the sides (likely due to the curves on the sides of the screen). Update 04/3/20: I'm not sure what has changed about this case but its not as durable as it once was. I haven't had this one very long and the face plate has cracked in 4 places and its only had minor falls indoors. Very disappointing. Any flexing of the plastic border on the face plate causes it to crack. Its extremely brittle.This is my 4th Poetic case for my LG V40 so it's safe to say it worth coming back to. Case seems very sturdy. No instructions included but was able to find some on YouTube. Easy to install on phone after reviewing these instructions. I like the pink color because it stands out on dark surfaces.

My daughter just loves this phone case. She loves the fact the case is clear and therefore you can see her teal phone thru the case. Also the case has blue details that match perfectly. This is her 2nd Poetic case. First one lasted over a year and definitely protected her phone. We expect the same this time.

There's dirt trapped in the case that wasn't in there before, it gets dirty easily and sometimes there's condensation inside of it like it's wet but then I take the case off and it's like it's sweaty. I work a desk job, not doing anything crazy with it. I'm getting a new case soon. It's protective but ugly, idk, it's.alright I guess.

I have an older phone. The case prevented the existing cracks from deteriorating the device any further. I took the phone with me on a mission trip that was dusty, rugged, and on wilderness terrain. the case did its job and protected the phone from any further damage.

I like the cushiony feeling of the case. It also seems durable, although it makes my phone a lot bigger than I like. One thing that I am having trouble with is installing the front cover for the screen protector. I can't not install it properly without having the air bubbles. I am getting used to them right now but it would be nice if there is a way to install it without the bubbles.

This flew off a car on to the side of the highway and only had a small scratch on the screen protector. The phone that was in it was pristine.
