PolarPro make a quality product, there's no dispute about that. I have several of their photo and video filters, as well as their Defender lens caps. That being said, the Shutter Collection for GoPro Hero 8 performed exceptionally well, delivering just the right amount of light to ensure reasonable exposure at 1/48. However, on no mountain bike ride have I had a problem with the filter falling off the magnetic mount. Anything that is more than a moderate intermediate flag, the filter will work.

Well here's the deal. They work AMAZING. BIG light reduction, great fit, great little body and as far as I can tell the image doesn't degrade at all. It allows longer shutter speeds for cinematic effects BUT GoPro does NOT offer stabilization at lower shutter speeds as stabilization (electronic or physical) works.
