PolarPro Katana Mavic Cinema Tray Review

This katana does what it says on the tin, but it's actually way overpriced for your drone! I bought it for $15, I don't think it's worth $10! I have made several attempts to use this device with my Mavic Pro Platinum. It took some time to attach my Mavic to the device as the height was too low to accommodate my drone. An additional 1/8" to 1/4" of height with slightly longer mounting screws would be an improvement. Also, the phone holder doesn't hold the phone as tight as I would like. Just received in the mail, opened and filmed my first video test of kids swimming from behind. The first thing that struck me was the smoothness of the video. I walked normally during filming, but the steps I take are very cushioned by the Mavic. I even went up a few levels in the video to check it out and it's still very smooth. Well made and fit for purpose, I've used it a few times to wrap around trees etc - but this is mine MAVIC mounting issue - You have to hold the Mavic with one hand while screwing the grip onto the mount with your finger, which needs to be perfectly aligned on the thumbscrews due to the limited thread length.
