It is exactly as described. I thought it was a great price and I was very happy with my purchase. I feel the retractable iron holder is a little flimsy and being uncoated metal it gets very hot when holding the iron. So be careful when ironing at home with children or other people who may not know how hot the holder is that you are petting. I need to find a nice cover as I accidentally damaged the original, but they are not that easy to find! The legs of the board fold very well and it holds up

The product received was exactly what I expected and was shipped fairly quickly. You get something light and portable with the quality you expect. The disadvantages listed here are essentially offset by the price, it doesn't get any cheaper! This little ironing board is great for my purposes. I rarely use a board and have used a few kitchen towels stacked on the kitchen countertop when I need to get a little work done. But I recently received a shirt that needed touching up on the collar and sleeves after it came out of the dryer and the smooth finish wasn't very comfortable for that purpose. Polder Tabletop Ironing Board I just don't have enough space in my house for a full-fledged ironing board, so I gave this compact tabletop board a try. Its size is just right for a man's shirt. Instead of metal, a wooden platform with a shock-absorbing cotton coating is used. The lid looks yellowish/white and dirty so I wish they had used a different material to improve the look. Revolt. This board sucks! I didn't expect all this for so much money, but it has flaws that make it unusable! First, it was missing one of the two rubber feet that didn't let it slide off the table surface and also protected it from scratches. I tried calling customer service any time of the day and always got a full voicemail. The board itself is not flat. Where there is an unsupported area, it will deform. Also, when I bought it, I didn't notice that you can't hang up your pants, shirts, etc…
