One of the best speakers I've ever used. Sounds clear and surprisingly loud. Very easy to install. Bought 4 of these to pair with my Polk center speaker and subwoofer for a 5.1 surround sound system. Ideal for movie nights and listening to music.

This speaker literally took about 5 minutes to install as I was replacing a faulty speaker so the hole was already there. The sound is excellent. The color is a very bright white, which doesn't match my other white speakers, but that's negligible since they're on the ceiling. I would advise you to use a drill for installation as it takes much longer to install with a regular screwdriver.

I added them to my Dolby Atmos setup as overhead speakers. These are high quality speakers with great sound. They pair perfectly with my Polk system and have really added incredible depth to Dolby Atmos movies. I was concerned that I would have to add some sort of insulation or padding to the speaker enclosure in the ceiling, but that wasn't necessary. It's a great price and a great speaker!

I install tons of these that are usually used as Atmos speakers. They pair very well with the Polk 265RT as front channels. I usually use two MC80 (larger version) as rear channels and 2 or 4 of them as atmospheric channels with two 265 RT or LS in front with a matching center channel. They sound similar to the AmazonBasics speakers but have a moveable tweeter, which is a nice upgrade.

Amazing sound quality and great bass for an in-ceiling speaker. Exceeded expectations. I hooked this up to a MountGenie for an Echo Dot for an Alexa ceiling mount, with speakers powered by a Fosi Audio BT10A amplifier mounted on top of my cabinets, and a Mount Genie PoE adapter and a TrendNet PoE -Injector to power the Echo. Point over Ethernet. I ran speaker wire from the Echo Dot with speaker wire to the red/white RCA and Aux to bring Alexa's voice and music to the amp.

Met my expectations. The instructions were easy to follow. I installed it in about 30 minutes, but my house also comes pre-wired so I didn't have to do the overhead wiring myself. I was looking for ceiling speakers as I wanted to get rid of the visual clutter of the audio equipment. The highs were very clear. With a ceiling mount, you'll still hear sounds from above. Great sound. Better than the HTD brand speakers I installed in my previous home. I'm not a sound or speaker snob, but I can tell the cheap sounding tin cans from these high quality speakers.
