Thin and easy to tear in postal envelopes

I bought these envelopes to send stuffed animals for my online business. When tearing off the adhesive sealing the envelopes, the envelopes are already torn several times. Luckily, as soon as I put them in the envelope, I put them in the box; The envelope is mainly to ensure the item doesn't get wet if the box breaks and it's raining/snowing - bad weather.
