Easy installation. Outstanding sound quality. Easy to program. The subwoofer cable was missing. Emailed the company and they ran the cable overnight. I highly recommend this phone.

This device was purchased to support conference calls in a large room and I am very pleased with its performance. It delivers crystal clear audio and the microphones are great for recording commentary so attendees don't have to raise their voices. I can highly recommend the product.

Exceptional product - amazing clarity, people can hear and be heard anywhere in the room. Not cheap, but it definitely does its job well. Setup is quick once you get the hang of it. Easy to use, even my most tech-savvy colleagues can use it.

I bought a Soundstation VTX 1000 to replace an old original Soundstation Premier. The conference room it was used in was about 30 feet by 20 feet. Also, there were many hard surfaces (windows, plasterboard ceiling) that created echoes. Other parties reported that we weren't heard when using the old Soundstation. Other parties say they can hear us better with the VTX, but personally I still don't think it's great, but I think it's more about the room dynamics than the phone itself.

I bought this item because it advertised a longer range over the Soundstation 2. Not only was the range not as good as the SS2 I had previously, there was significant echo and noise. In the end I returned it. Also, I found out the hard way that it is NOT compatible with their PC Connection Kit.
