It's easy to see who's on which line.

Our secretary liked that he could see if someone was on the line when he was called. It worked so well we bought a second one.

Works as it should. for Audio Conferencing

Last week I installed a new phone system with Polycom phones in all of our offices across the country and placed two of them on the desk of our Corporate Services Administrator. They work as expected with no issues.

Reception requirement

This module has made our secretary much more efficient and prevents interruptions when we are already on the phone. This greatly increased the efficiency of the front office and was well worth the money.

The administrator likes to see the status.

The secretary loves to see the status of all lines and one touch transfer to all extensions; really made a big difference in call handling efficiency!

Defective device sent

The product is defective. It's been on and off since the first install. Supplier theses I need to switch suppliers for replacement and future purchases

Polycom forces you to buy them by imposing software restrictions on their phones. Very frustrating.

Bought two of these for use with VVX 601 phones They work great but the funny thing is that Polycom intentionally limits the number of speed dial soft keys you can add to the phone screen just to enforce it you to buy these things. At that price, could they at least make them with a touchscreen?
