100% POLYSORBATE 20 ( Solubilizer ) is a compound produced from ethylene oxide, sorbitol and lauric acid; FOOD & COSMETIC GRADE; Ingredient : 100% Polysorbate Oil. It is commonly used as a wetting agent in flavored mouth drops to spread the feeling of other ingredients such as mint flavor, but it can also be used in food as a flavoring ingredient. The Polysorbate ingredients help other ingredients to dissolve in a solvent in which they would not normally dissolve. They also help to form emulsions by reducing the surface tension of the substances to be emulsified. Used in a variety of products including skin fresheners, skin care products, skin cleansing products, makeup bases and foundations, shampoos, permanent waves and fragrance powders. Polysorbate 20 is the emulsifier of choice of aromatherapists and cosmetic formulators for mixing essential oils in water.

Good quality, best in personal care

I am new to making lotion and also use polysorbate 20. I made my first lotion bottles (with oils added) a few weeks ago. It seems to do exactly what is described. The oils did not separate! The lotion in the picture is about 3 weeks old and looks great thanks to this product. So far, so good! I plan to order more in the future. Thanks very much!

Everything is fine Bath and bath accessories

Good product. It is pure with no impurities. The price is good. The company is good. Unfortunately, I found that polysorbate 20 didn't work for me at all. It creates a sticky product and leaves a film. To make it work, you must first mix it 50/50 with your oil and then add it to your product.
