We chose this as an additional QT box for our reef aquarium. We have an acrylic stand on the sidepods but we wanted to get another one for more space. We found that the fish we placed in this box swam more and ate more readily than the fish in the transparent box. So I only have snails and 1 pea sized piano snail. I don't have any fish so I didn't have to worry about fish getting caught in the nets. However, small snails don't seem to move very well in the web? I like that they have a lot of water circulation but they all seem to have trouble moving.
