An extremely loud beeping sound that I have still not been able to turn off or turn off, despite emailing the seller about this (which to their credit was answered very quickly). This is a good scanner in this price range, in addition I have had positive experiences with the Symcode representative. After about a month of pressing the trigger, like a game controller, it kind of caved in and stopped making the usual "click" when pressed. It was still working, but I realized it was running out.
