Great oven. I prefer to have the fuel on the side of the hose rather than screwed directly under the burner. Makes it very stable yet very portable for camping. It may not be light or compact enough for long-term hiking, but it generates plenty of warmth and is easy to set up. The adapter for using a propane gas bottle also works perfectly. would recommend.

This is my first experience with such an oven. I was taking my son on a week-long camping trip and didn't want to lug around my large two-light spirit lamp. In case you haven't read the full description, it does NOT come with a stand which I highly recommend. I didn't get one in time for my trip. Luckily, if you have a flat surface, the bottom is wide enough to accommodate a balanced pot. What I did. I love that it's so compact and everything fits back into the box with ease.

It doesn't fit in a big pot, so don't expect it to fit in a big pot. It can handle a small, maybe 9-inch pan, but the handle needs to be level with the leg so the pan doesn't fall under the weight of the handle. The supports don't go that far. But it has to be small!
