The heater works great, is easy to use. I rely on reviews before purchasing. At the time of purchase, this heater was rated 4.8 stars. Should have known something was wrong when the customer reviews and photos on the website were for the cookware and not the heater. Also, the instructions in the box do not match the heater that came with it. I'm wondering if this heater actually has a 4.8 rating.

I wanted a small, quiet heater. This one is small, just right, but not particularly quiet. The biggest problem is the very short cable. I have two outlets next to my chair and the cord on this heater is too short for both. The best I can do is put it in an awkward spot. Since you shouldn't use extension cords with heaters, this presents a problem. Love the look! I will most likely return it.

This heater set to the 1500W setting really heats up the plug. This is a security issue. The cork should not become soft and rubbery. I bought this based on 3500 reviews but looking at the reviews it wasn't 3500. For 2021 it was only 6. Also reading the reviews over half claim no heating. These are bottle opener reviews. I tried contacting Revain about the issue but that didn't help. Be careful when reading reviews

Exactly as I imagined, there was already one, I bought elsewhere but bought this one as a gift. One star off only because it comes unwrapped in a plastic bag and not in the pretty packaging you would expect for a gift. But would someone who would appreciate it as a gift really care about the box? I do not think so. Great gift for your brothers. Oh, I paid full price for this item, no one gave me anything. This heater was fine when I first bought it but after 2 months it turns itself off every 5 minutes and pretends it won't turn on. Buy another heater but not from this brand, it's a waste of money. I see some people like this heater but some of us have issues with it. This heater wasn't cheap, we should get our money back. This is a bottle opener. Mine came with a few good dents on the case and there were no burrs on the neck. There was still quite a bit of burned gunpowder inside, falling out where they cut the opener. I also had to polish it myself because apparently they didn't. It took a little wipe paste to remove the oxidation before the bottle opener was shiny and clean. I should have just bought the ones I saw at the gun store for $12.
