I had this for awhile and it worked fine. Then one day I went to extend it, and I was only picking up a ball about 4 feet away, when it just came apart and two small pieces of metal came out. I was able to put it back together, but over the next couple of weeks other areas would come apart. In the end half of the segments have come apart. I would not recommend this ball retriever to anyone.

Nice that this is so compact but spray painted the head orange to make retrieval in water easier. Rhe rounded cup requires you to be a bit more precise than the standard ring when retrieving a ball.

Had this thing for a month and I’ve gotten honestly probably 100 balls with it out of ponds. Never buying balls again, this thing has saved me so much money lol.

Would not recommend as the pole portion is very weak and bendable making it difficult to pull the ball out of the water. It is compact which is nice but would definitely find one that has a stronger telescoping pole.

Compact, light weight and easy to use. It reaches longer than my former retrievers, helps me pick up enough premium balls to roughly cover the cost of it. It does not take up space at all, and is particularly light compared to the ball retriever I bought before.

Unfortunately I purchased the smaller one so I could keep it in my golf bag.it’s way too short and very frustrating trying to scoop balls with it

Bought it in October, by March it was almost useless. Never worked as well as the video, but was acceptable considering the price. Then the telescoping tubes slid apart and I was not able to reconnect them, so now I have a 1 1/2 foot ball retriever that is barely worth carrying in my bag. The black plastic is difficult to see in murky water, painted mine white after first few times which did help see end of the retriever and that it wasn't working like the video. Would not repurchase

Yep. I scoop balls out of the water hazards. why you ask? Because that how you get cool balls. I only look for good balls, firm, clean, happy color balls.

Lightweight, compact, easy to use. Be careful when extended it could put extra stress in the middle. Don't try to move rocks or grass with it. Nice price.

So far so Good product we’ve only used it few days. But works exactly as described. Will have to see if it is durable after a good bit of use. the Only negative was I didn’t receive the extra ball picker up attachment that you attach to golf club. But right now I would recommend it. good customer service too and prompt delivery

Does exactly what I need it to do, pick up balls. Realized you just put cup over ball and lift up. I was trying to turn cup and let gravity do the work. After one use of picking up twenty balls out of stream and woods it has paid for itself.
