The first thing we noticed was that the attachment to the handle is of poor quality, looks like rust. Second, the product works well but causes damage. The edges of the teeth bite into the fabric, causing the thread to pull through. I used this on a small skein t-shirt, but with every pull it caught and pulled out the threads. That can be a disaster for a sweater. I cannot recommend this device.

I buy a lot of things and never feel the need to write a review but this is the BEST pet hair remover I've ever used and I've used so freaking much! I have huskies and cats so my home is a fur palace. Brought it to my sofa and ottoman and in no time I had a few hairs without damaging the material. So easy to use, wish I had gotten it much sooner. I had the whole house epilated because it was so quick and effective. If this doesn't work for you, it's a simple operator error!

Bought for a certain pair of pants that are collecting lint like crazy. He caught all of his pants and patted them hard. Also, it didn't remove lint as effectively as I had hoped. He only combed the down; There were very few lumps or lumps on the head that needed to be removed. Given that and the guidance I feel this is a waste of time. Haven't tried it on coats or sofas but as it didn't do what I wanted it to do I'm sending it back. There is nothing better for removing lint than a bandage.
