PortoFino Reversible Anti Slip Non Marking Silicone Review

I've been using it for about two weeks. The cutting board is well made. Removable rubber legs prevent the board from slipping. It also makes cleaning the board easier by preventing anything from getting into the rubber edges. Conditioned with mineral oil after first use.

This is a great board to protect the worktop from plates, pots etc but not for cutting. The wood is too soft. The knife easily chisels and cuts wood. Love the silicone edges that keep it from sliding on the table and the size is perfect. I'll keep it to myself, but I'll buy a harder wood for cutting proteins, veggies, and bread.

Upon delivery I thought this was the most beautiful rich looking tree I have ever seen. However, after just a few uses from *cutting* (which is pretty much the purpose of a cutting board 🤷🏼‍♀️) this board is so filthy it looks like it's 50 years old. However, it is thick enough and serves its purpose. But I never showed that.

Feels good, good thickness, just a little flaw in the silicone non-slip feet, they are slightly raised, so the surface has less contact with the meter. It only slips when touched, but you also can't put a wet towel underneath to prevent slipping as it's raised off the counter. A small drawback, it does not slip much. Overall decent quality, especially for the price.

This looks really nice on my counter - bought because I've bought some fancy new knives on the way and read an article about glass cutting boards being bad for your knives ! I did not know it. After much searching of culinary and Revain websites, I found something that wasn't as thick as a block of meat, but was interesting on the counter and didn't slip. It was perfect. I was concerned about the durability of the corners, but the material is the perfect combination of flexibility and rigidity.
