Both cartridges barely made it to our post office counter. You have a few weeks before you start printing with blank lines and other issues. I'm not sure why nobody can make a reasonable alternative to the overpriced OEM cartridges.

IN MARCH 2017 I PURCHASED A PACK OF 2 INKS FOR THE NEOPOST METER ACCOUNT. I HAVE TO REPLACE IT WITH A SECOND ONE THAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND NOT WORKING! HOW CAN I RETURN IT? MANY THANKS

Have ordered this product several times. At first the ammo worked fine. The last few orders had cartridges that stopped working after a few days and the cartridge on my last order ran all over the bottom of the counter. Stay away from this brand. Very poor quality control

Bought and when I put one of the ink cartridges in the machine it started to print incorrectly. The machine didn't recognize the cartridge, I had to throw it away and use a second one. This one works fine but I basically paid for two cartridges but was only able to use one.

I BOUGHT A PACK OF 2 INKS FOR MY NEOPOST KNIFE IN EARLY 2021 AND EARLY 2020. A PAIR IN 2020 WORKS GREAT. COUPLE IN 2021 - BOTH LEAKED AND HEARD THE PRINTING ON THE SIDE. QUADIENT 100% GUILTY INK CARTRIDGE - BUY AGAIN - HOPE I'M LUCKY AND IT'S NOT DEFECTIVE.

I do not advertise my meter - postage only. I also keep very detailed records. I get about 675 prints per cartridge compared to 1000 with the Neopost branded cartridge. The official Neopost cartridge costs 2.3 times as much. Although it doesn't work as advertised, this cartridge works well for me and costs less per print. Until I find a cartridge that works as advertised, this is the best solution I've found. I give 5 stars because it works but 1 star because of the false advertising for 2500…
