I don't like the cheap plastic that came out of the box. I had to glue and glue the step. It's a good idea and easy to use, just wish it was built better.

My grandkids love it, use it all the time at home, sent it to my daughter, her little kids love it. Feel like going to the potty isn't that scary and they won't fall over.

A friend had one and he liked it - it didn't suit us. It is very wobbly and made my toddler nervous while potty training. Also - WOW - it was a pain to assemble. The instructions were ridiculous/insignificant.
