Car Cassette Recorder

The first one I ordered didn't play cassettes. So far so good with this replacement. That's exactly what I wanted with the analog control.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Empty

Works as it should

Pros: Also has an aux input. Cons: no EQ AND only two speaker cables (plus the line out I used for the subwoofer) had to run cables before and after the speakers sharing the two speaker outputs.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some little things

Best Radio for My Truck

I have a 1950 Dodge half ton pickup that I drove on the road in 1999. I have had many different radios over the years but this AM/FM stereo cassette is the only one that works better than the expensive ones.

Not exciting, but nice to have sound again.

This is a basic Jane AM/FM tape deck. Nothing to say. It won't surprise anyone with its performance or sound quality, but it saved me the trouble of digging a big hole in my GMC's dashboard.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • I will add later

Great Stereo for Old Cars and Custom Installs

Stereos are getting harder and harder to find. It's AM/FM cassette, no bluetooth, but you can get an adapter or just a 3mm cable to listen to music from your smartphone if you want. I used this stereo in an old car that is rarely and occasionally driven. battery is off. Unlike newer electronically tuned stereos, this unit doesn't have a digital clock that's always wrong unless you reset it after the battery is disconnected, and remembers the last station tuned in even if you turn the unit off…

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Frequency
