Does the job. Good value for money. Solid matte black. No weird variations. It feels soft and plush, not a hard hard plastic. There is a slight crackling sound that occurs when you install the tube and press down on the tube, but it's barely noticeable. In addition, the ends can be cut unevenly. Not a deal breaker either. This is a good buy, especially for the price.

Really wanted to install and use this phone. After finding the perfect position to mount the shoulder rest on the phone, I tried using it during a call. The shoulder rest is so slick that it kept slipping off my shoulder, even after I lifted my shoulder to take up the slip. This rendered this headset shoulder rest useless. Sent back for a refund.

There were few reviews before buying. I wish it was I would never buy this if it existed. This thing is not at all what I use when I worked selling phones. It doesn't fit on your shoulder like a regular phone. There's no way I could use this for more than 10 minutes. If you try then be sure to consult a chiropractor, you will need help with your neck. Don't waste money.

I bought this device along with many others because as I work from home so much and talk on the phone I wanted to avoid shoulder cramps while holding the phone. This design is beautiful but the texture is weird and slippery; it's too smooth and soft and keeps slipping off my shoulder.
